I even mentioned it and he just chuckled it off ( He poor English), kept checking his watch like he had somewhere else to get to, should have got up and left immediately but I didn’t want to judge. Messed me up"

"The lady in purple hair is the worst stylist, did a perm there and the haircut I got from her is completely different from what I came in with and have expected, the razor scratched my ear couple times and the cut looks horrible. I normally go for Jeff(he's one the best stylist!) and unfortunately he wasn't there at the time and that is why I got referred to her. Should have known and waited until he is back.. Very unsatisfied this time"

"Went here multiple times, the most recent was about maybe half a year ago- had elaine, the purple haired one everyone talks about - I asked for an ombre and she ended up giving me a balayage instead and it was totally not the color I wanted- I wanted an orange and I came out with a pink color. She offered for me to come back another day to redo it, but I didn't want the hassle. I'm really glad I read the other reviews since I see she charges you for it. She made it seem like she would do it for free since she is the one who messed up."

"I’m was a pretty loyal customer and have been here 4 times for Japanese hair straightening over the span of two years. The first three times was done by a very skilled tall skinny lady that lives in SI and she was phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. My last experience really turned me off with this place. My hair was straightened by Elaine and she SEVERELY damaged my hair. She left the bond breaking solution in my hair for over 90 minutes and my hair is so thin and brittle after. I’ve straighten my hair many times and I know that step didn’t need to be that long, most of the time it is 45 minutes to 60 minutes MAX. She said leaving it on for longer will make it easier for her to straighten my hair and kept complaining that I had a lot of hair. Yes it did make her job easier but it compromised my hair and months later, it is still thin and brittle. I mentioned that there is more breakage this time around and she ignored it. She really is driving customers away and I’m scared to go back and have my hair destroy by someone like her again. Please take these reviews into consideration and correct her behavior. She shouldn’t compromise healthy hair because she’s too lazy."

"Having visited this hair salon on multiple occasions, I consistently schedule appointments in advance for a wash and cut. Upon arrival, the receptionist informs the washers of my need and I patiently wait in the back for the next available washer. However, there are always individuals who jump ahead in line and washers that like to walk around the shop for 10+ minutes before resuming their job. I also consistently experience wait times exceeding an hour before my wash and cut. It's like I have to actively seek someone out so they can do their job. Today's appointment was an example of their patterns. Despite booking a slot for 11 and arriving at 10:45, an entire hour went by without anyone attending to my hair. During this period, two washers had taken breaks and another client who arrived way later than me had already been served. When I asked whether I could opt for just a haircut, a hairstylist explained she had other clients waiting. Ironically, the individual who cut in front of me turned out to be the same lady who arrived two hours late for her 9 appointment. It's baffling that I, the one who showed up 15 minutes before my appointment had to wait behind someone that was TWO HOURS LATE to their appointment. This situation is undeniably infuriating so despite giving this establishment numerous opportunities for improvement, I will never be returning."
