Smashburger

"Burger is hot and tasty, but my smash tots were lacking in flavor and quantity. They lost the magic smash tots used to have. I'd return someday, but now they have one less reason for me to visit. Oh, and a single burger, fountain, and smash tots cost me $20."

"Utterly unacceptable service! I am beyond upset with the level of service I received at this smashburger location. We ordered a scorching hot double mac and cheese, a double mac and cheese burger, a scorching hot crispy chicken sandwich, and the haystack onions. The cashier entered in the wrong order causing a ton of confusion and frustration. When the food was delivered, we were given the wrong item. I asked to have it corrected and they again brought out the wrong item. When this happened, I showed a picture of exactly what I had ordered and again they managed to bring out an item that did not match the picture. It looked as though they had tried to use the same chicken I had just sent back. The worst part about this was that the cashier lied about the price difference. She claimed there was no difference in what we were charged when I had asked when in fact what I had ordered cost around 30% less than what I was charged. I was so frustrated with the service that I asked for a refund to which I was told that a refund to my card would take about 7 business days. I did agree to that but then he said he couldn't actually do a refund to the card and could only do cash which made absolutely no sense. He went on to say that he always says the 7 business day spiel so customers don't ask for refunds back to the card. This is absolutely ridiculous to say just to avoid telling them that you can't do credit refunds. ABSURD! When I finally received my refund, he not refunded me for the wrong item which was not even on the receipt, he didn't even give the correct amount he had stated. I had to explain to him that I was refunded incorrectly which just blew my mind. I will not waste any additional money at this establishment which is a shame since the food itself was really good."

"they do not acknowledge you when you come in and make you wait several minutes before even your order. staff isn't friendly or welcoming. they charge very high prices like they are a gourmet burger place but the quality and consistency is absolute garbage. the beef on my burger was very inconsistently cooked with some spots well done and other spots very red. these cheese was not even melted. how hard is it to melt cheese? I ordered smash fries and there was no seasoning whatsoever. not even salt. why do they charge so much for such trash quality food? don't waste your time and money here. now let's see if these idiots respond to my review to act like they care."

"I haven't been to Smashburger in ages! The burgers are smaller than I remember but I'm glad they still taste good and are customizable. The sweet potato fries are also a banger, though a bit salty. I was surprised to see that they have wings now too but they were lackluster at best. The customer service is good and I'm glad the manager was very attentive because the kitchen left multiple items off several of our orders (for example, I got the Colarado burger and it was missing the chiles + some extra toppings I requested). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though, especially since the manager was very apologetic. Overall, this wasn't an amazing experience so I'd probably try another burger joint before returning here."
