"Delivery person left the pizza on the ground. A neighbor found it outside on the ground. The pizza was cold. I threw it away not knowing if it was tamper with. So I went to WAWA. My last time ordering from Papa John on 38 in Maple Shade."
"Papa John staff was so helpful with my order. Oumar assisted me with my order advised me of best deals and finished my order under 15 mins. It was excellent customer service and the food was good!"
"This Papa John's used to be great, not sure what happened but it's just been awful every time lately. I've brought home burnt pizzas and wrong orders, and they don't answer when I call to try to resolve the issue. There is only one worker in the building most days and they'll take minutes to acknowledge you at the counter. I wish they would do something to revive this location, as it is you're better off going somewhere else."
"Overcooked and open garlic oil spilled everywhere. Normally Papa Johns is okay for a chain but I’ll never use this location again. We did not feel comfortable eating it."
