"They gave me the pork when I do not eat pork. When I called to get some sort of compensation I was asked to go back up to the store since they were pickup only. I made mention to it being their fault so I shouldn't have to use my gas. I then just asked for a refund and was told the manager would give me a call back in a few minutes. Its been hrs. The manager never called. Poor customer service. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Never again."

"I've been in search of decent tasting Chicken with Broccoli in Cherry Hill and the surrounding area for what seems like months. I've been through eleven separate restaurants so far and none have measured up. Incorrect or lousy taste, chicken sliced too thick, etc. (Many restaurants are fine enough when it comes to most dishes, but they seem to falter when it comes to Chicken with Broccoli for whatever reason.) On a recommendation from a local I gave King House a try, and I'm ecstatic that I did. The food was exactly what I was looking for; good taste and the correct flavor in their Chicken with Broccoli, the correct texture/chicken thickness, and great fried rice and chicken wings as well. The food was priced right and the woman taking orders over the phone was also quite polite. I'll definitely be back, and King House will be one of my regular dinner stops from now on."

"There was METAL in my fiancés food. I have pictures. Went back to the store. Physically showed the owner the metal that was in our food, they gave us a refund and we went about my way. So I gave this place a break for a bit because clearly that incident could have ended very badly if he were to swallow it. After a few month we go back, ordered a few times and have had no problem food is fine everything is going good. Today the Owner ZEB or ZED apparently BANNED US due to the incident that happened MONTHS AGO at the fault of HIS restaurant and had someone else tell me that “we aren’t allowed to order from there anymore, due to the mistake THEY MADE” mind you. we just ordered from this place 3 days ago and everything was fine. So I ask why can I not place my order. And was told that there have been many complaints from OTHER CUSTOMERS. So now if anyone finds a problem with their food that THE RESTAURANT MAKES they are now BANNING YOU from the restaurant as if YOU did something wrong. I was kind enough to give them another chance and still give them my money because when there isn’t metal in our food, it’s actually pretty decent. But now we’re being treated unfairly too? I sent MANY customers your way. I WILL be telling EVERYONE I KNOW about the UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THE OWNER. Eat here if you want to go to the ER if you can even make it there after CHOKING ON METAL!"

"Cut my mouth on a piece of aluminum that I found in the food. My tongue was bleeding, along with the roof of my mouth. Have pictures still. Brought the uneaten food and chunk of metal back to them and they refunded my money. After months had went by, I considered ordering from them again because what are the chances that it would happen twice right? Only to find out that they proceeded to deny me from ordering from them again because THEY messed up. Asked to speak to the manager and the manager DENIED to speak to me. If you’re into chewing on metal and your own blood or horrific customer service then this is the place for you!"

"Please, turn the heat on, it's freezing in here! I like the steamed dumplings. Nice sauce. Happy Family was so-so. Never had fish in it before. Not a fan. Sauce is not impressive to me, but it's not bad. Just needs more flavor. Atmosphere, FRIGID, silent, like eating alone in a freezer. The girl who took order & brought my food was very pleasant."
