"I went in with incredibly long hair and called beforehand to ask how much they charged and they replied with 20 dollars for a men’s cut. I came in there and the old man who owns it started cutting my hair and we had a good conversation and what not. After he finished he said I owed him forty dollars because I had really long hair, but why wouldn’t you share that upfront because it’s more then what you usually charge as a men’s haircut. He came up with excuses but I didn’t back down and pretty much embarrassed him in front of his staff because he couldn’t even look at me after that and said fine you can pay 20 all little kid like. I said I’ll meet you in the middle at 30 because I felt sorry for the guy. He did cut the hair good so I figured I’d do that for him I just thought it was insanely unprofessional how he handled it; thus why I am writing this review. Also it’s only cash I had to cash app one of his co workers which is ridiculous nowadays"
"I went there for a shape up and a temp fade, I even showed him the picture of what I wanted done. The old black man that cut my hair tried to cut the top of my head and told him to leave the top of my hair alone, but he cut it anyway. He cut more off then I told him to even when I gave him clear instructions what to do. He also wanted me to take off my mask because he was vaccinated. People can still get covid eventhough they are vaccinated. Horrible experience."
