All my questions were answered. They took the time to understand what my bird needed & assisted me in making a well informed decision about which product was right for us. The poncho is very well made and has so far ar proven indestructible! My eclectus & I had fun with the DIY customization kit. She chose her own additions & was very intrested in the whole process. AF has a great video & instructions on how to condition your bird. Their method worked like a charm. In 3 weeks time she is wearing it & we have some feather regrowth. THANK YOU AVAIAN FASHIONS."
