"I drove up from Richmond to look at a Havanese dog. I checked all of them out. I had them bring the majority of the dogs to me in the playroom. I did not get there until 7:00 I left there around 9 o’clock. there was one I came up to look at especially Bear. It was a male. I really didn’t want to male. But I wanted him and ended up walking out with two dogs. A male and a female. I couldn’t of asked for more patients then they gave me with picking out a dog. The place was clean. The playroom was clean. The pins were clean where the dogs were. Also the bathroom. They bathe both dogs before I left. I am very satisfied with this company. I would buy another dog tomorrow from them. No problem. Most pet stores do not guarantee their dogs. Most dogs are not chipped, that’s out of pocket my cost usually. Like I said, before, very satisfied, would return for another pet and have recommended them to quite a few people already."

"I got my buddy on August 10th. I drove around and hour to get there. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a small concern a few weeks after I got him. I call in and they helped me out. I will definitely come back when I get ready to add on to my family again."

"We love PETS PLUS! We got our baby there June 2023 and he the absolute calmest sweetest dog EVER! We have already used their grooming services twice and hands down the best we have had in the area! We also have used them for boarding services. All of the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful! Love shopping and supporting local!"

"I drove about 90 minutes to see a Pug in October 2021 and was nervous that I may be driving so far for no reason. I then arrived and met my future son. His name was Ralph while at Pets Plus and he was 5 months old he seemed pretty healthy but I was nervous of the establishment and why a pug was sitting for 5 months and he was underpriced. The woman who assisted me was very up front and let me know all the surgeries he has had with his nostrils and walked me through his medical history. She assured me that he is now healthy and I wanted to wait to write my review to make sure he was healthy and everything checked out. It has now been 18 months and he is perfectly fine he is a tall 35 pound Pug and he turns 2 years old in 2 weeks now. I appreciate the honesty and assurance I received and I would like people to read this review and choose Pets Plus for all their pets. Thank you for helping me finding the family member I needed this dog is now my whole life."
