"Just shy of rude. Have you ever been helped by people who would rather not be bothered. They helped but weren’t welcoming or even nice. That is what makes customers come to a small business vs a big box store or online. Note: If you get a coupon for starting an account you have to use it or never get another coupon again. Customer loyalty? Why would they do anything to get that? I’ll stick to Petsmart at least they are nice and act like they want your business."
