"Macy's is everything that you hear about it. It's beautiful inside in a classic style that has faded in more recent years. I am not a regular customer normally reserving visits for around Christmas each year. I typically shop the perfume counter for my Wife or occasionally for jewelry. They have a great selection of fragrances and their jewelry is of great quality. Macy's is one of the few traditional department stores that has stood the test of changing times. It is well worth the time to pay a visit."
"This is not an indictment of Macy's but rather retail big box stores. There were not enough employees to answer questions on the floor, and there was a long wait at the 1 checkout. This is why brick and mortar locations fail."
