"I have been with Aaron's in Ashtabula for many years. I don't want to use the word customer because it's more like FAMILY. Just got a new king bed and living room from them today. In past refrigerator and washer and dryer along with tv. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help with any purchase and items are absolutely wonderful. They ALWAYS treat me like family. "We ordered a ps4 tv bundle online. Got everything verified and approved. Todd even told us he was simply waiting for the products to be delivered to the store so they could deliver them to us. He said call back next Tuesday, Tuesday came and i called, no it's not on the truck,we should get it next Tuesday. That Tuesday comes and goes. I called yesterday to make my payment for Jan, (Yes It's late, i informed them it would be because our check is late from the attorney general's office doe to the holidays and the shut down) Rick told my husband he'd call him back cuz that isn't right we don't have the ps4 and tv yet. So no one calls me I call them only to be told Todd cancelled the order and didn't inform us, or refund us. Todd is trying "figure out" what to do because we have twomany products (2) and were late this month. How can you have an agreement but then be told to for weeks that it's coming and then they say oh sorry it's cancelled. That's no way to do business."

"I got a couch tv and t.v. stand from them and as of Tuesday February 27, 2018 I'll have a washer and dryer from them as well. Love the service they provide and love how there always willing to work with you no matter the situation. Also there monthly payments and pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of furniture you get from them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!"
