"The customer service from Micheals furniture seems nonexistent these days. My new sofa arrived a light blue design with a white background. The throw pillows sent were huge and black not the same ones/or style as I saw on the sofa when I purchased it. However the manager insisted I received the right ones without him seeing them. Take pictures before you purchase you might need the proof later. If you notice the good reviews they are years old the prices have went up and the service has gone down"
