"This was the second time we've been in. The first time, the employees were friendly and helpful. we were able to pick up our Steve's Raw food and some treats. Today, I know it was black Friday but this was a trip to get our girls some supplies. This was our second stop in the day looking for a bowl that would possibly slow down the gobble of one of our girls and from the moment we walked in....we were not made to feel very welcome. No one asked if they could assist us with finding anything, but there was a ruckus that we figured out was a dog that was somewhat out of control in the back. There were no signs that dogs were not welcome, just a sign that states "if you pea on it, you bought it". No problem! We usually let the girls pick out toys or things they want. Through the whole visit, you could hear a dog in the back trying to get his way out. After a few minutes we decided that it was time to go. The environment wasn't safe or welcoming for our girls. We went elsewhere and bought some great things for our girls. Their manager was super friendly, helpful and even took a picture of our girls picking out toys and a bed and sent them to me. See pictures of the fun they had....and it wasn't at Pet Barn ☹️"
