"I usually groom my dogs to save $$, but grooming Bella has become too challenging so I decided to give Snazzy Jazzy a try, and I’m so happy I did… Bella smelt amazing and looked adorable thanks to Grace! I loved the convenience of scheduling the appointment online, having the option to be contacted if something opened up sooner, and communicating with Snazzy via text message. Everything was a breeze from start to finish and the staff was very kind, enthusiastic, and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Not to mention, the photos they sent me of Bella once she was done was so cute! At pick-up, Grace made sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. Using Snazzy Jazzy was 1000% worth it and I’m tempted to just schedule an appointment for my other dog because of the awesome experience!"

"I’ve been taking my dog to the Timonium and Towson location for a couple years now. I preferred the Towson location because I liked him seeing the same groomer each time he went, but unfortunately, she left. I never had any issues with her grooming him. She did a great job. The past few times, I’ve had to use whichever groomer was available because they’re so busy. A couple months ago, they cut his nail too short. I didn’t notice it until I got home, but he was bleeding all over his dog bed. I called, and of course, they denied cutting his nail too short. I took my dog last week to get groomed and my family noticed a huge bald spot on his stomach that was bleeding the following day and bald spots underneath of both armpits as well. They immediately took pictures for me. You can tell in the photos that his hair was cut too short in those areas. They wrapped a bandana around his neck to cover it up, which is why it wasn’t noticed right away after picking him up. I was away for a week and was notified by my family about all of this when I got home. I called and spoke to the grooming manager and once again, they denied injuring him. So the last two times I’ve left there, my dog has an injury, and it’s not from them? My dog does have allergies, so he’s constantly scratching at his skin, but he’s never scratched it hard enough for it to cause a big sore like in the picture shown. Clearly, they made the area worse. They also have you drop off your dog early in the day, have them sit in a crate for hours, and then they’re groomed hours later. I’m talking 4-5 hours later. The grooming manager was very passive aggressive and condescending over the phone as well. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone."
