"This store is my go to spot to get my dogs much loved raw meaty bone chicken necks. Normally the associates are friendly and helpful... Not this time.... I went in to buy my dog some Stella and chewys since I had a coupon for it. I talked to the young man at the register and shared how I was looking for a new food for my senior dog to try. His response was just about any of the food would work ...he then gave me two cup sized samples; saying try these and then come back later for a bag. I said how about I buy it now; which one is the sample for? He never answered my question nor came out to show me While I was paying I asked for some who had never fed the freeze dried; how much water do you use....he never answered me. In visits past the associates have been helpful"
