"This place is garbage. And unfortunately it’s not because of the food it’s because of the employees. Come in for lunch to get 2 subs. We ignorantly told I had to wait for 30 online orders to be done and they had no white bread because it was all “spoken” for… I’ve been a general manager for restaurants and I would never ever be okay with a employee telling people who actually come in to our location to wait for an online order to be filled. That’s just crazy to me. You wanted us to wait for 30 subs to be made before you could fix our 2?! Just lock your doors since you don’t care to have anyone actually come in to your establishment. Your GMs and DMs should be embarrassed and ashamed. This is the second time this has happened!!!!!!"

"Being the manager of a restaurant myself, I train my employees to be responsible with the job. Today I stopped at 9:00 a.m. to pick up two subs to take with me to work. The hours on the door indicate that the shop opens at 9:00. By 12 minutes after the door was still locked. I couldn’t wait so the business lost a sale. This is the second time this has happened to me. If your hours are posted, you better make sure your employees have the shop opened at that time. Most irresponsible."
