"I work in the plaza nearby ... Did the drive thru ... It was Sunday night and I forgot they close at 9:00pm ... The person doing drive thru was very thoughtful and understanding as was the whole crew they went ahead and took my order . I just want to say I appreciate the great customer service... Working retail I totally understand when it's time to go home you want to go . Thank you again ."
"I got one of the WORST burgers of my LIFE today from this place. Waited forever for it and when I finally got it the bun seemed like it had been frozen and not all the way thawed. Cheese was not melted at all. Looked like someone sat on it. I do not get A&W often as there is not one near me. Bummed that it was so disappointing when I was able to get it. The float was good at least but I finished it long before my burger/fries came."
