"First time here. Ordered the chicken bowl, brown rice and a number of toppings. I get it now! I loved every bite (couldn't finish) but loved every bite! All the employees were pleasant & helpful - the place was clean and inviting. Try it, you'll like it!"
"UPDATE Jan 2024: This Chipotle has definitely improved since opening. Wait times have lessened and portions are more reasonable. I understand they just opened, but this location definitely needs improvement. The line takes excessively long. Also out of chicken, brown rice, etc. Not enough prep people to keep things moving. Some of the staff are not mindful of customers’ orders, so they end up making mistakes (though they were all very friendly, just need better training). I got nearly 1/3 cup worth of the hottest salsa poured on my burrito. It was practically inedible, but didn’t want to wait in line again. The layout is also poor as the line wraps around the entire eating area. Salem location is better. I really hope they can work through the issues and improve, though."
"First time at a Chipotle. Wasn’t very impressed, especially after finding a long black whisker in my tacos. Every male worker had a beard but not one beard net. Won’t be back."
"Stood in line and inquired about grilled vegetables and if more would be coming out. I was told we don't have anymore. So then I noticed the guy running the drive through station putting grill vegetables on an order he was filling. So I asked can I get some from the drive through station. I was told no. We don't have any. ... Horrible! All 5 of us walked out."
"They got off to a rough start but it has gotten better. I wish they sold desert but oh well Starbucks will have that. I can't wait until the flies go back into hibernation for the fall so we can eat our chipotle on their patio seats."
