"*KIDS CRAFT REVIEW - BEWARE* We have been attending the kids craft for several years, but they’ve suddenly become very strict about EVERYTHING to the point of being condescending and unwelcoming. It’s fine to have a sign-in sheet because you have been running out of kits. But you can’t pick and choose which families you cross-reference on the list. It’s wonderful that you provide snacks, but you can’t look the children up and down when they ask for one… or two. These are children. I often wonder if the women working the craft booth have ever worked with children. One of these ladies admonished my child so bad that the lady next to us kept looking at me with disdain and disgust. It was because my child had painted the particleboard table. The workers said that she would have to clean the table now. Ma’am… it’s particleboard, first of all. It’s children and paint, second of all. I wish they would get rid of the paint, personally. It gets everywhere, they never have enough paint brushes, they get mad when the kids use it. What’s the point? The fun part is building the craft itself. The worse part is the staff."

"No one had shovels. I asked as soon as I came through the door and the young man took me straight to them no questions asked. Great customer service and easy self checkout."

"It was okay but the problem was I wanted a cream colored shade and they were out of them. So now I have all cream and one white. Plus I wanted to get a piece to fix my kitchen spigot and they were out of. So know I still have forced water coming out. Home Depot should never be out of anything"

"So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre. THANK YOU Dre, keep being amazing and thanks so much for your help!"

"I’ve been standing in the window department for almost 30 minutes now waiting for a rolling shade to get cut for my bar. Employee’s in the flooring department are apparently supposed to assist but customer service is lacking and the guy who’s supposed to be helping me - Donovan - is nowhere to be found. I came all the way across town because the Home Depot’s in my area don’t cut rolling shades anymore… come to find out I walked straight into an inconvenience. The lady working the desk is dilly dallying and laughing with other customers, store isn’t even busy. This location is a joke. I called corporate and they were very courteous! They sent me a gift card for my troubles and they filed a complaint with the store manager. I love Home Depot, but I definitely won’t come back to this one!"
