"Literally left this place almost crying.The stylist refused to color my hair due to my hair health which I understood. I felt like the stylist could have done a less condensing consultation, and the stylist that was with him could have not looked at my hair with so much disgust. This place is small so everyone can literally hear the consultation and at the end I was kind of dismissed and sent on my merry way. Probably wouldn’t try this place again based off of this experience."
"Although I couldn’t get fully copper like I wanted to (they don’t bleach all over the head plus I had box-dyed brown hair), Niki took her time to get me the closest she could to my goal. She was patient, kind, and so fun. I left feeling very confident and I will definitely return. Ur the best, Niki!!"
"Went in to have my roots done and put some toner on my blonde highlights. Went out almost black. From the beginning, they were all confused as if they had no idea what they were there to do, how to mix colors and which colors to use. It was very unprofessional, and sadly, I would never go there again."
"Came in to get full highlights and a balayage. Stylist didn’t use foils, only applied product to the top layer of my hair, and didn’t tone. I showed a stylist a picture, but when I asked for a second opinion on how it would turn out, a different stylist said that the technique used would not get me near what I asked for. I was left with the back of my head splotchy brassy streaks in the back and no product in the front. I am grateful that the store refunded me for my service but still would not go back. "The in-store service was ok, I got my auburn hair dyed back to my natural black color. Everytime I have washed my hair since (3 times) dye has still been comming out. My hair has now started to have streaks of auburn again and the dye has began to come off. My hair looks like a failed attemp at highlights, be careful going here if you are trying to dye your hair black !!"
