"The entire experience was enjoyable! From the first time I walked into the store (about 2 months ago) until I made my purchase last week, I received exceptional customer service. Steph and Kay (I believe that’s her name) were amazing. Honestly, the customer service is why I decided to purchase a $8k couch. They were knowledgeable and overall just super helpful throughout the entire process. My only complaint is that my furniture was delivered way sooner than they quoted. I couldn’t dispose of my current furniture fast enough."
"The purchase of the lovesac in the store was ok. Rhonda did her best, but we still ended up with an incorrect pillow configuration and need to send a pillow back. You have no input on when it will be delivered. It came the day before we had to leave for medical reasons for a week. It was also never explained the amount of effort it would take to upholster and entirely put together a $9400 couch. The stealth tech drains my battery instead of charging it. I’m one more disappointment closer to sending this back. The good news is, I have 45 days left to return it."
"My husband and I were looking for new furniture and LoveSac in Towson was our 1st stop. We had such an incredible experience, we didn’t go to any other place on the list…we decided that day! Our sales rep was “Steph”…a young man who had only been at LoveSac for about 4 months yet it seemed like he had been there for years! He was so knowledgeable about the furniture, gave us multiple ideas and suggestions, spent at least 1 hour with us answering questions, going through different configurations, fabrics, etc! And, his fun personality was infectious!! What an incredible experience!! Here’s a picture of our furniture (we went BIG…including the sound system; the color is glacier cross weave)! Thanks Steph for this awesome configuration set-up (and accessories). We love it!!!"
