"I had a very good experience while shopping at Havertys (Towson store). Sarah S. was my sales consultant, and she was wonderful. She was attentive, yet patient and was very knowledgeable about the store's inventory. She kindly created several visuals on her computer so that I could see what the fabric and colors I was thinking about looked like for a couch and chair. I am extremely happy with my purchases, and they are so comfortable. I purchased the Sandy Sofa and 2 Phoebe Swivel Chairs. I've been in another local furniture store (first letter of the name starts with "A") and none of the handful of associates in the store paid any attention to me nor offered to help. My experience was just the opposite with Havertys, so I highly recommend shopping at Havertys for all of your furniture needs."
