She was very outgoing, very knowledgeable about every aspect and was in no way pushing us to buy. Every question that we had she had an answer for. She helped us design our new couch and explained everything from the fabric to the various types of stuffing used. After she met with us we determined that it was a no brainer to go with Lovesac. "Just went into this store at about 4 pm! Ashley and Valerie were working! They were so sweet, patient and all around so so pleasant! We were nervous about pricing & what to get! Ashley talked us through all the price points, the sale going on, showed us all the ways we could format the couch at the size we wanted. She was as enthusiastic as we were. Then Valerie helped her show us all the price points. On sale, off sale, with the 3 different fabrics we couldn't decide between. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Its not like walking into a sales store. No pressure at all, no weird peddaling and hovering, or anything of the sort. These lovely ladies deserve a raise, or appreciate, extra paid time off or something. They care and interact so well with everyone. You can't pay an employee enough to do that unless they already do. We will be back alone for them when we need help or upgrades or extra items."
