Then the woman took another 45 mins with someone else when she was helping me. And then messed up checkout 3 times. Other than that, my experience was good. I know it wasn't the fault of Lazy Boy the franchise."
"Mike S. was great to deal with. I came in a few days prior, and he was able to set up something special for my wife’s birthday. When we both came in, he friendly and helpful, and made sure that we were able to get taken care of. He spent time with us on the floor, but also let us look on our own. When we found a chair we liked, he went over all of our options with us and helped us pick the chair that was right for my wife. When it’s time for more furniture, we will definitely make this our first stop!"

She came to our home and helped us find the best colors and furniture for our style and home. Both were great to work with and we would definitely ask for them again!"
