"So I been going to this Rofo for a few years now, and most of the time, that is, 8/10 visits, theirs always something wrong. Either the Milkshake machine is broken, the Fountain Soda area is completely out of lids, straws, cups, or all three. The chicken is either old or completely run out and this is during prime hours when you should not be out of chicken, of ANY of the different kinds. The chips I like are either not stocked, or rarely stocked, the Baked Lays, and very often, no french onion dip either. Also very often, the Loyalty Network is down, so I cant use points, nor earn any. Today though? Was the worst of it all. The Soda area was a disaster, they ran completely out of chicken tenders, no french onion dip as usual, and the Loyalty Network was down. The girl at the chicken counter tried to apologize to me, offered dip, thing is, I cant really use dip with chicken breasts now can I? Told me that the truck with new chicken is now just coming in. The girl at the checkout counter? Completely unapologetic, obviously has not gotten any customer service training, and gave me a "I dont care" attitude. This location, needs to completely replace, that Milk Shake machine, fix their camera and networking system, likely, it needs a replacement modem gateway. The management needs to be retrained in keeping proper inventory and stock. The Employees need to be retrained in maintaining store cleanliness, especially with the drink area, and keep that area STOCKED. I worked for a 7 eleven for at least 5 years in my life, and I was a normal employee, not management, and I was able to serve the customers, keep the coffee fresh, clean the store, keep the cups, lids, straws, creamers stocked, and I did the merchandise ordering as well, and I did this all on my own very often, and yet you have 2-4 employees running the store at the same time depending on the hours and yet they cant do what I was able to do by myself? This location needs Re-training, or new management. Even the Highs down the road does things better. If you gotta go to a Royal Farms, skip this one, and just drop another mile down the road to the new one that opened up next to the Food Lion Shopping Center. Way better management there."
