"Usually you can’t expect much from a subway restaurant but this one in Piney Orchard really went over the top with the high quality sub and customer service was TOP-NOTCH. I will only go to this subway from now on, oh and the cookies were DELICIOUS!"

"I have been ordering at this Subway for awhile but will never be coming back here again. I placed an order through the subway app and when I arrived at the restaurant they claimed they never received my order even though I showed them my order confirmation and that it was already paid for. The employees blew me off and were ignoring me telling me to call customer service. Horrible/rude service. What kind of restaurant makes you pay for food then refuses to give you the food you paid for it even when showing them proof you paid???"

"I ordered through the app. Neither of my sandwiches was fixed the way I ordered. I should not have to stand and supervise the making of my sandwich. When you pick it up and take it home you don't know until you get home if the sandwich is the way you ordered it. You are pretty much stuck with it unless you are going to take a lot of extra time and effort to take it back."

"This is a great Subway. The only one that doesn’t make me sick. We go out of our way to get food from here. I can only assume that the other reviewers are confusing this one with the one on Annapolis road in the shopping center. Because that one is horrible. Have gotten sandwiches from here 9 times now. Never any problems. They are not obligated to take local coupons. So what? I would rather pay regular price and get good food. Than use a coupon and get subpar food. This location has met the mark every-time. The Ingredients are always fresh and the sandwich is put together very well."
