Domino's Pizza

"I place an order for delivery at 1:07 pm. The driver Roxanne left the store to deliver at 1:20pm. The making of the pizza was real fast. Literally,I live right around the corner two minutes tops. I seen the driver rode right past my apartment complex and delivered to multiple people first. 30 minutes passed she still Delivering. I called the store to cancel my order, the lady rudely hanged the phone up. When I called back she tried to denied and say that the phone got disconnected. They have no customer service or people skills. Don't get mad at me because of your driver bad service. To the driver, I know why you did what you did. Because you didn’t see any tip you feel like delivering my pizza was the last one going to be on your list. What you didn’t know I was tipping you in cash!! I will file a complaint against you and the person that rudely hunged the phone up. In addition, I really hope my money is returned back into my account. It’s no need to respond and make it seem like you all for the customers. The behavior that was displayed today shows that your not!"

"So hit or miss. I have times when they get the pizza here really fast and piping hot but times like tonight, where the tracker says my order was completed and delivered when it wasn’t…I get it 25 minutes later and it is barely warm!"

"Once upon a time you could get decent food here. No more. We ordered from this store because my grandson wanted to try the loaded tots (they're new). What a mistake. I'm attaching a pic of both the loaded tots and a pizza that I ordered with a thin crust. I'm assuming all the black pieces in the tots was the bacon charred beyond recognition....horrible. The pizza was burnt all the way around. This is the very LAST time I will order anything from this Domino's. I'm also going to complain to corporate and post this awful food on social media under the "I'm never going to eat here again" header."

"Pizza was overcooked and hard, all 8 sodas were WARM, the “specialty chicken” was disgusting (and definitely not worth $6!) and it took over an hour to get. The delivery driver was kind though, that’s the only positive I have. I always love spending $50+ on food and not being able to enjoy any of it… Spare yourself the disappointment and travel the extra 30 seconds to Papa Johns."

"This place is just terrible. Ordered 8 pizzas for my kids birthday and 4 of them the kids wouldn’t eat. They had enormous bubbles on them, literally 3/4ths of the pizza were bubbles and zero toppings. Called to speak with the manager and after a few minutes he said he’d credit me 4 pizzas. Called back 2 weeks later and the lady on the phone said there was nothing on my account. No problem, not her fault asked to speak to the manager. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up and called back. Same woman, who said sorry there is no credit, they are busy and to call back tomorrow. Explained I was looking to feed my family tonight and the woman was just silent. I finally told her to have the manager call me back... and I am still waiting. Won’t order from here again. How the below pizza can even leave the store is inexcusable. **quick edit, the manager did credit me 4 pizzas, but still not happy with the pizzas."
