"The crabs were very fresh and meaty! We ordered a dozen and a half of “smeadium” males and they were a decent size. Pricey but worth it for true Maryland crab."
"I just love my Crabshack II they do crabs right. I have been buying from them for at least 20 years. Every time the crabs are the same. I don’t know how they do it. That recipe is awesome. Small, smdium , large or extra large always meaty and good. However, today I ordered the $85.00 a dozen and was very unsatisfied. When said something to the clerk about all that old bay on there she just said it’s the same cook. But when you been going as long as I have, you know the difference. Her attitude was not of one concerned for the customer. I think I’m going to have to go somewhere else. Maybe Nicks."
"I initially wasn't satisfied with my crabs or service, but they called me and fixed the issue. I'm big on customer service. If something isn't right, make it right! They did just that. Allowed me to keep the original med female and replaced them today with med male. Well, they actually look bigger. I appreciate this. Thank you! I'm much happier!"
"I literally almost threw up, I have never experienced an undercooked crab but that’s what I am assuming was sold to me. - an order of 1 dozen crabs consisted of 4 mushy, and two undercooked crabs, throwing the rest out. First time here and also my last. I always saw such long lines and hoped for the best experience but that’s not what it was for me. I wouldn’t recommend this place."
