"I ordered delivery from Crust & Buns some time ago after receiving a menu advertisement in the mail. I never heard of this place prior to receiving the advertisement and assumed it was a new restaurant but later found out it had been in business long enough. The online ordering was not working that day, so I called in to place an order. The gentleman who took my order was friendly but was new, so it took a bit of time to place my order. That certainly wasn't too much of a problem in comparison to the food I received when my order was finally delivered (picture attached). The cheesesteak I received came with mold on the sub roll. I had to call back to ask for a replacement and by that time, I lost my appetite after seeing the mold and didn't really trust anything that would be given to me from the location. There is no reason why I should have received moldy food. It is a health and safety concern and the staff should take the proper measures to inspect the food and throw out expired or rotten products. It seems as though they were hoping it would not be seen. On top of the mold, I never received a receipt for my order despite asking. I advise to be cautious and inspect your food carefully before eating if you choose to still give this place a try. This was a terrible first experience in my opinion and I chose to toss the menu advertisement in the trash. It was my first and last time doing business with Crust & Buns. Inefficient / mediocre ordering system, insufficient / untrained staff, and unfresh food. It appears that management isn't managing. My overall experience was a disgrace."
"Doesn’t look like a clean establishment. Unbeknownst to me when I placed the order. Not to mention the 4.99 I spent for a sauce container of Mac and cheese lol never again"
"The food wasn’t bad here. I had ordered the fried calamari, catfish platter, Buffalo wings, and the shrimp basket to be shared between 2 people. Everything was pretty good! The portion sizes were actually smaller than what I thought, but it was fine. My only complaint would be to put more sauce on the wings. I would definitely order from them again. They have some other items on the menu that I want to try!"
"The owner was courteous. They have a good full menu. We purchased the crispy chicken sandwiches and they tasted good. We will stop by again to try out other items."
