"This location never has any ingredients no matter the day. Severely under staffed. Poor food preparation. The online service for this location is piss poor my online orders are consistently incorrect, and the employees rather stare than to assist the customers. Needs new management"

"This has to be by far the worst chipotle in the city. I just let this location 20 mins ago after waiting 30 mins to order. There was one lady who made the bowls and put on the toppings. They had about 5-6 people in the back while no one came to help get the line down. The one lady making food clothes were filthy and they had her making food. She didn’t have on a smock or apron. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She was rude and seemed frustrated when people asked for more toppings. When I begin to order I greeted her and she looked at me and didn’t say a word. She lacked professionalism and customer service. When I got home the rice was undercooked and hard. The overall food was horrible."

"I will say that the dining area was clean but for it to be 8 o'clock and they do not have chicken readily available and the other meat choices that WERE available we completely dried out. Not even a LITTLE bit of moisture but so dry it was discolored. Add to the fact that I myself waited for over 45 minutes for them to say they don't have any chicken available. Not sure if the young man preparing the food was frustrated with them not having the food available or if he was frustrated with the customers being frustrated but he wasn't in the best mood either. The line was at LEAST 14-17 people long and I decided to leave."

"Absolutely terrible. They were out of everything, and then after we were served, magically, those items were available. They were selecting people to get extra or less food. My bowl was pitiful, and the next customers bowl was overflowing. I got nothing but attitude. The woman behind the counter fat shamed my fiance, and then proceeded to watch me struggle using the code only bathroom, until another employee let me know that the code on the receipt is wrong, and helped me. Overall terrible chipotle"

"Since when chipotle added lettuce and cheese to their guacamole to fill up for avocado? Seems like chipotle started slacking on their services at this location. Previously you couldn’t order in person, had to be done online. But now seems like you can only get some stuff in person, the rest you’ll have to order online. For example, when asking for chicken in person, I was told I will have to order online. Ummm do you not have any chicken available for people walking in and ONLY for online orders? Very disappointing answer. Who has time to further take this conversation?!?! Took 40min from the time walking in to getting my order to walk out. Chipotle, are you even fast food anymore?"
