"Staff members were very friendly our last visit, was ask if I needed any help with anything which is always great just in case I'm unable to lift or reach anything."
"Staff should be fully trained. Sold me a garden machine without user manual or oil included. Had to drive back an hour to get it. Someone should know if a $500 tool has anything missing in the box."
"You should teach your staff and managers that with out customers you have no job or trucks to unload. I was told I couldn't speak to the manager because she was busy unloading a truck. It shows the lack of respect for customer service. Unfortunately people are becoming accustomed to it."
"I am fairly new to this store and the employees who work here are simply amazing. Each time I go I am never left wondering. When I stopped in to look at the ducks and chickens there were two employees and a customer more than happy to answer all my questions. While I didn't get any chickens that day it was only because the employees helped me realize what I am going to need to raise chickens. Now we are making sure we have the space and all the extras before we take the plunge."
"Great store wish they opened more by me. Stopped off looking for dog food near closing time they carry a large selection of purina pro plan at this specific shop. Staff is courteous and very helpful. The store is clean and well supplied even close to closing time. My visit was bout 15-30 minutes prior to closing. I would recommend this company for needs especially if traveling."
