"Off the beaten path but ABSOLUTELY worth the trip!! Don't be deterred from the exterior. Go on in have a look around. They have beautiful wood furniture. Bulk candy, nuts and house staples. We went for a sandwich and was not disappointed. Soft fresh bread, fresh toppings, amazing. Had to hold my sandwich with two hands it was so large. Next trip to Deep Creek we will definitely head back to Schrock's country store. Everyone was pleasant and engaged us in conversation."
