"This subway is very clean now I don’t know what changed but it used to not be so clean . Anyways I went in last night after my Walmart trip and was promptly greeted by Craig who also made my sub . I can honestly say for the first time my sub was perfect by the time I got home and had just enough ingredients to satisfy every bite . I don’t usually do reviews unless it’s negative but our experience with Craig was so pleasant my husband said we just had to. He was very professional ,positive and kind . The world needs more employees like this it truly makes a difference and makes me want to come back and spend my money at subway again. Thank You"

"This Subway caters primarily towards the visiting Tourist Community. They do not participate in most Subway Company deals and promotions. And they are consistently running out of the most common options people choose. Hope they get better."

"There are 4 sandwiches listed under “local favorites”. One of them is the veggie patty which is also the most expensive. (After a 15 minute wait behind a very particular customer and a patient sandwich artist)... Sandwich artist: Sorry about the wait. What would you like? Me: I’ll have the veggie patty. Sandwich artist: I’ve never heard of that. Me: it’s listed on your menu, under local favorites Sandwich artist: I’ll check...nope we don’t have them in stock. In fact, no one has ordered one of those in the 3 days I’ve worked here. Other sandwich artist: No one has ordered one of those in the 3 months I’ve worked here. Me: THEN WHY IS IT ON THE MENU AS A LOCAL FAVORITE?!"

"Definitely the slowest subway I've ever been to. Two sandwich artists, one who was working his first day. I don't blame him. The other employee, instead of getting the cookies I asked for twice and ringing me up, she made me wait while she collected the last shift's tips and went and put them away in the back. (Could have waited until I was gone) took over 4 minutes. These were the only 2 employees on shift that I could see which is terrible scheduling by the manager especially since this visit was on a day when there was a buy one get one event. They should have had more people on shift, not to mention more bread ready. By the time I got there (3 hours before closing) there were only about 10 loaves of bread left consisting of white and wheat. Oh, it took them 15 mins to make two footlongs. Basic BMTs. And with 6 people in front of me it took half an hour for me to get to order. Terrible service. I've worked at subway before for a good while. That type of service would have been unacceptable at the subway I worked in. I hope the manager reads this."
