"Terrible customer service!! “Sun W” (cashier name stated on my receipt) has the WORST attitude ever. She was very rude and passive. As soon as I walked in she looked up at me and looked back down at her paper. She didn’t even part her lips to speak. She even yelled at an older lady who was asking where a product was located in the store. Go to another beauty supply where they have a pleasant attitude!"

"DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. Yesterday, my 14 year old (straight A honor student athlete) was accused of stealing as she approached the cash register to pay for her items. Our family is upstanding, hardworking members of the Clinton community and my daughter has never needed to or stolen anything in her life!!! I am sick of people coming into OUR communities and mistreating us or our children. I immediately returned (because it was my credit card) everything and told my daughter to never, ever patronize a business where they make you feel less than."

"I’m sitting in the parking lot. Came in to get gray hair for my mother and bleach for myself. I asked the girl to come and help me and she had a bit of an attitude, but I gave her a bit back and she calm down so I thought nothing else of it. Then, as I’m looking at the colors, I hear another woman telling the lady at the register that she doesn’t appreciate the attitude they gave her daughter earlier. The lady didn’t yell she didn’t cuss. The women at the register chose to get an attitude and said she didn’t know what she was talking about. But shouldn’t the answer be “ I apologize! So sorry it won’t happen again! I’ll look into it.” Anything that a responsible business owner would do? Instead she argued with the woman. Couple minutes later when I walked to the counter, she was talking mess about it to one of the other workers. Really? So I said shouldn’t your answer be I’m sorry? Shouldn’t you try to figure out what happened and fix it? She said angrily “I don’t know what she’s talking about!” I said, “But why are you getting defensive instead of figuring it out? If you don’t know what she’s talking about and you work in customer service why would you not say let me learn more about this. Let me talk to you through it.” She talked over me an got an attitude with me too. So I put my stuff down and walked out. Not to mention that I have my five year old daughter, holding my hand while she’s raising her voice at me. I also did not yell or curse or say anything crazy. They’re rude. We are your customers. The initial thing didn’t even happen to me, but it was enough to make me not shop here again. I drove 15 minutes to get here. And I won’t be coming back."

"went in to exchange hicolor because the developer was the only thing in the box not the color pack & the people “helping” in there were very rude for no reason. The product turned my hair green ish won’t be returning at all."
