"Corporate needs to regular walk-throughs because most of the time when I call, there is no answer on the phone. During different times of the day, I will call and the phone never gets picked up. When I go in, there’s only 3-4 customers. Sometimes not at all."
"Paper Straws. Any place that gives me a paper straw gets a one star. Paper straws aren't saving the environment. You have to cut down more trees to make paper straws. They are more expensive which gets passed to me as a customer. Stop doing this. If you really want to save the environment or fight climate change, MORE TREES WOULD HELP. I don't want a paper straw. At least give me an option. Have both. Let your customers choose instead of choosing for me!!!!!"
"I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwhich, it comes with lettuce and tomato, it came with only chicken, no bacon or tomato or lettuce. Waste of time. Delicious chicken but come on."
"We go here once a month and Always get Extra meat on the sub today they're trying to convince me that this is extra meat I payed for it and didn't receive it I Was shocked because I've never had this problem before spending $40 for 2 subs You just want what you pay for"
