"Went there an hour before closing today, several other families came in at the same time and we were all told there wasn’t anymore chicken, the amount of people that left the restaurant is astonishing, due to poor management this store loses so much money, I would guarantee they lost hundreds of dollars within that hour due to closing early and employees not wanting to honor their hours/ work schedule."
"Went there at 8:40pm on a saturday, was told there was no chicken. Store hours show it closes at 10pm. Bad reputation, wouldn’t recommend. Take your business elsewhere, where their hours are honored and not on employee false hope."

"I placed an order on Uber eats. Ordered a 12 piece half and half family meal. Received more baked because apparently I assume they ran out of fried at the time. My baked chicken was soaked and soggy. The wing I picked up to eat was still pink in the inside. My rice was crunchy and mushy. I order from here all the time and I’m shocked and surprised they would send this order out like the way they did."
