"Always wanted to try Rc's yet they are always full. I noticed no traffic so I ordered 1 fish dinner and 1 chicken dinner and OOOOMG, the greens almost made me smack another customer. The fish and chicken was O.P. that is on point and the Mac was like my mom's. The cost was great and I say this because most of our black owned restaurants over charge and the food isn't all that. Rc's Ribs and Soul, you got my vote."

"Great food! The quality of the food is consistent. The music in my opinion is too loud outside. You can’t hear when they call your number. Of your new there you have pretty much have to figure out. The staff doesn’t tell you to wait until your number is called or to keep the ticket they give you. The staff needs to work on their customer service skills. Each time I’ve come here, there’s a younger gentleman at the window taking your order at the window who’s always the phone (earpiece), so he’s having a conversation in between you giving your order, the young lady that brings your food out who doesn’t speak just hands you your food and walk away, and now today there was another young lady taking my order, didn’t greet me it other customers. Just how can I help you. I guess I’m still old school. But if I’m spending my money somewhere, I’d like to be greeted and not feel like a bother. I will continue to drive 40 mins away to get good customer service."

"Food was alright, only the zucchini casserole was actually good. Both times I’ve gone, they forgot part of the order and when mentioned, it was a hassle to get it corrected. Prices are crazy for the portions and both times it’s taken over 35 mins to get two meals. The food, in theory, is already made, so not sure how in the world it takes so long to put it together. This time, there was only one person ahead of us and still took forever for some ribs and brisket. Hoped the first time was a fluke so we tried it again but no, it really is this terrible. If the customer service and timeliness improved, the price and quality still wouldn’t be worth it. Trust me, go somewhere else."

"I saw a bunch of people outside and it smelt good i decided to order some food the wait was ridiculously long the guy told me 15min and it was 30min For a brisket platter and a Bbq chicken platter i spent 40 dollars and had to buy drinks because it’s not included…. This is what i got for my brisket platter … the sides were cold and they put it in these little containers which makes you feel like you didn’t get your moneys worth. They are not good on time management it was incredibly too long to wait for my food and the sides tasted BLAND i was so excited for the potato salad it had red peppers in it tho it as did the cabbage and the cabbage was hard maybe cause it was cold ?? both of it had no flavor whatsoever and that’s surprising coming from a black owned restaurant. The Brisket was meh. the sauce made it better …the BBQ sauce that came with the platter was the best thing lol …i could of spent my money at misson bbq for brisket and would of got way more for my buck and drinks included !"

"Brought my clients here for a lunch break. They raved about the ribs. The Zucchini Sticks were great too and so was the half & half. Looking forward to grabbing some ribs for the family for a quick dinner soon."
