"Service here is terrible. There’s nothing but scarps left at 9:40pm and the store closes at 11pm. I asked if they were going to make more food they refused to do it. I understand if I came in at 10:40pm but 9:40pm and they refuse to make more food is ridiculous. It’s always something at this location. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!!"
"Honestly, the GM of this location really needs to look into this business. Every. Single. Time. I go to this chipotle after 8 they are out of meat and refuse to make more. This location is open UNTIL 11pm. THERE IS NO REASON I come in at 815 and you’re out of meat. This isn’t the first time either. It’s every single time. Lazy workers that want to leave work early or close early. It’s easy to turn customers away when you have nothing to offer."
"Place has continually tried to get one over on customers, prices have gone up, part of normal business with inflation, but on top of raised prices, they are trying to half scoop portions then charge double… 5 people in line had the same thing happen to them, and the cashier said she’d talk to them… nothing more, it’s getting out of hand and I happy to not come back."
"We enjoyed this place. The bowl was good. Had lots of water in it. Service was okay. I would recommend this place."
"Food was decent. There were maybe 10 flavorless chips in the bag when I'm used to getting way more and more flavor at the one in Springfield VA. Decent service, no-person line at 1500, rushed for no reason. Good food of, will get takeout from here for sure but could work on service. About 21 for a steak bowl with those 10 chips and a drink. The lemonade does not get refilled often"
