"I am an everyday customer at this panda express. They now close at 10:30pm which is great, except I came in the other night at 9:00pm, an hour and a half before closing, and they already had shut down half the store. I asked if an item could be cooked for me and they refused due to “waste.” I called the store manager the next day and he basically did nothing. I will be following up with the corporate office on this issue but still I am very displeased and disappointed at the way this issue was handled."
"The attitude of the younger workers here is a problem. If they have to actually cook anything they give you nothing but attitude. Heaven forbid they have to do their jobs here. The older staff are actually nice and helpful."
