"Honestly, I wanted to love this Chipotle. I recently moved into this area and been eating Chipotle since 2006. Over the past 4 weeks of living here I have seen my portion size shrink and customer service fall. The last time I placed a to-go order for a quesadilla I received a child sized quesadilla and no sides which I had ordered and had to double back to request for my sides (which were less than normal). Tonight, I got charged for a complete stranger’s order which is unacceptable and did I get anything offered to me as compensation? No. Just had to deal with it because of the guy who’s running the registers mistake. Unbelievable. Yes, this chipotle has some of the better flavor than others but quite honestly their consistency is lacking and as is their customer service. Not sure I’ll return."
"I asked the lady to just fill the little corner and she informed it was filled. I was not trying to get over, but you can clearly see the empty space where the chicken is located. Also, I brought a salad bowel as well."
"The food here has always tasted bad for some reason, hard to tell exactly why, but I usually drive to old towns chipotle because of this. I ordered today though and the food tasted a little more normal. However it seems I paid full price for a half size burrito. See the attached picture. Still one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to."
"I've gone here several times. I wanted to wait and see if the line customer service got better but it did not. The first time I came here they gave me very small portions. Cool, let that go. The next time I came here the line server threw my food on there like she was serving food to a jail mate. She then put the wrong food on there and disrespectfuly rolled her eyes. She put way too much hot salsa on there as well. I hope management sees this and emphasizes better customer service. Could not finish food as it was too spicy. *And there was no line so therefore no rush"
"- first time here and the food was horrible, chicken, rice and beans were all super dry and had little flavor. The only thing that was good were the guacamole and tea I got. - place was clean and organized. - had plenty of seating inside and out. - staff seemed friendly but picked up my order so didn't really interact with them. - where the location is there plenty of parking. - overall I remember why I stopped eating at Chipotle in general, each time in every location I get horrible food."
