"Fresh food with healthy options . I stopped here with my sister after church and while there was a lot of foot traffic (pick up, door dash, and dine in orders) the staff was very efficient, polite, and helpful. My food was fresh and the servings provided a great value. The Brussels and carrots were seasoned so well (as were the green beans because I tried my sister’s) and my chicken was flavorful. Also enjoyed my empanada but wished it had its own sauce to accompany it. I was definitely please with my meal and will definitely return when I’m back on town!"

"The restaurant was clean, like new. Food was somewhat cold upon arrival. The cashier was on her phone when I was trying to order a drink. Apparently, I had to wait for her to stop scolling until I was noticed. There was more than enough food. I had leftovers."

"I stopped by here after ordering online and being in the area and ordered several entrees and sides. I started snacking on the chicharron chicken. Let me tell you, it was delicious! I ordered the entree with the 3 meats lamb chop, Carne asada and chicken..delicious..the 3rd entree was porkchops. The sides were also very good. The only regret..I was only given three of the same type of sauce..so I have no way of knowing how good the others are..this is worth doing it again!"

"Was on a road trip and saw Sardis when I stopped for gas. I'm a sucker for good Peruvian Pollo a la Brasa, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the servers were friendly and helped me make my choices. I ordered a quarter white meat chicken with arroz chaufa and plantains with an Inca Kola to wash it all down. The chicken had that real authentic Peruvian flavor, and the arroz chaufa was a great choice for a side. The plantains were good but there were just too many of them for me to eat. Next time, I'd probably get a vegetable. Overall, it was a solid meal for under $20. While eating a friendly manager (I believe named Logan) approached and asked how everything was. She was very friendly and happy to hear I enjoyed the food. I've eaten Pollo a la Brasa in Peru, and this was pretty authentic. If I lived closer, I'd definitely eat here regularly."
