"I stopped ordering online from this location because the order was never right. Something was always missing, wrong , or nasty like undercooked rice. I normally go to the Brandywine or Waldorf location if I really want food. But today, due to lack of time, I thought I would try this location one more time (especially since I hadn't been here in about a year). And again, disappointed. How do you run out of onions and peppers and tell me it will take 20 min to get more? Where were the backup containers? I'm not going to try to figure that out. I will go back to my normal locations."
"I placed an online order for two burrito bowls, double chicken to be delivered by Door dash. I was given less than five pieces of chicken in each bowl, even after ordering double meet. If you do not place your order in person they will rip you off."
"Very nasty, frustrated, impatient employee on Saturday, 10/28/23 at about 530p. He was at the start of the line for orders. I asked for lettuce at the bottom of my bowl, and he acted like it was a bother and knowingly put bad wilted lettuce in bowl. Most people may get lettuce as a add on, so i assume that lettuce sits out longer..... he also knowingly ignored me when I asked for fajitas. If he has a problem serving, put him in the back. Bad for your business, and I will not return. I am not one to be disrepected at 65 yrs old."

"Two disgruntled customers. Doing too much. Trying to get extra food. Complained about everything. I had no problems. It was very easy to see that the fella was new. Work with him, not against him. He is preparing your food... geeesh."
