"Got a $50 gift certificate in Feb 2020. We all know what happened in March. Since the salon was closed, the gift got put into a drawer. I found it while cleaning, so I decided to see if they would still honor it. The woman I spoke with was very rude. Basically tough rocks, it's expired, go away. I didn't get any services done, since I refuse to give even more money to someone that rude and dismissive. I understand that the certificate was expired, but to be fair, 11 out of the 12 months that it was good for, the business was closed."
"I would leave them zero stars if I could. I got my nails done two days ago and two nails broke while I was getting dressed. I’ve never had a nail to break that easily. They charge $10 for me to repair it. After two days! Keep in mind, this was after leaving a $13 tip. I would not recommend coming here if you want long lasting high-quality nails. The customer service was horrible and I will never come back"
"Probably the worst fill in for dip I've ever had. The black polish is almost see through, there are bumps and lumps, the nails aren't shaped properly, underneath my nails look atrocious. I had to leave to pick my son up and of course didn't see any of these details until I got into the light outside. Very disappointed. The pictures are the nails just one day after they were done. If I were this salon I would be so embarrassed that my employees do work like this and still charge people full price."
"I use to love this place but moved further away. Today decided to drive there with my husband and get 2 pedicures with callous remover. For the first 5 min spent telling them no to upgrades . Then the two techs spent the rest of the time talking to each other only stopping to ask me again and again and again to upgrade to gel polish. The pedicure it self was basic and the pallette of colors they gave me to chose from the 2 I wanted were out the tech ended up layer a base color and a glitter polish on top which turned out nice except big toe they clearly had a hard time getting the polish finished with a clean line. Over all a blah pedicure and way to much harassment to upgrade to ever come back again."
"Employees have always been friendly when I came in and prices are decent. I've been getting Rebecca to do my nails. She does an amazing job. Definitely a jewel."
