"I initially went to Ulta in Elkridge Md. I called before going because I wanted a specific cologne for someone’s birthday. I spoke with someone on the phone and they said that they had it when I got to the store I was told that they only had the largest sides, which I wasn’t upset because I did not indicate which side I was intending on buying, which was the medium size bottle. I then left and called the location in Arundel Mills, they stated that they they had the size I was looking for. I went and was in the store for about 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed help because everyone knows that these items are locked up so I receive my 1 item got in line, the line move pretty quickly. It was about three people in front of me and I got my cologne and I left. Overall, the staff was very friendly, very attentive, and very helpful Will shop there again, of course."

"Clean, staff was helpful in my last visit helping me find what I needed out of what I couldn't find. Thank you again for your help. Lastly, I do want to touch on the samples yall leave and the mess on the shelves specifically with the eyeshadow near the nyx cosmetic shelf. Guests tend to not clean up after themselves, please don't put FULL blame on staff. They're trying their best."

"Store was clean and organized. I was able to find the products I was looking for but the staff made me feel like a nuisance for simply asking where I might find a brand or product. Unlikely I’ll return to this Ulta."

"I visit this store frequently and often come when they first open. The store in many areas is so unclean and not attended to. The counters are pretty dirty and the makeup stations aren’t clean. Please take interest in making sure the store is very clean when you first open."

"I visited the store today for around 30 minutes if not a little more. I walked out feeling very insecure and bad about myself. I’ve very rarely been profiled but today definitely goes in my books. I’ve shopped here previously with no issues, unlike any other day I came in with my cousin. We are Salvadorans and native Spanish speakers. I will say we weren’t quiet but regardless my loudness between my cousin and I is not an excuse for our experience. No names will be mentioned but here we go. I came in for a reason but also browsing while I was in near the juvias make up area an employee frequently kept passing in front of us over and over again and it never bothered me she was doing her job and I ignored every rude push over she made till the point that she literally bumped into me and pushed me as she walked pass me. My cousin noticed my mood and simply directed us to another point of the store and at this point I was bothered but let it go. We get to where the too faced section and at first another employee simply asked if we needed help and I kindly said no thank you and didn’t think any thing other than she is doing her job. She frequently again kept passing by us and only us over and over again while very obviously watching us. At this point I’m very fed up and leave to check out and visited the Columbia store nearby for the rest of my purchases without an issue. We were loudly speaking Spanish and that gave them enough reason to treat us the way they did? I very much so disagree to this treatment and I know it will never make a difference for a big company as such. I just simply want my experience heard and put out there for the world to see. Please do better speaking Spanish loudly is no reason to profile your customers to watch them and be rudely push them over. I’m in this industry and I could never fathom physically pushing someone over."
