"I have been a customer at this Jersey Mike’s for years and the customer service has completely gone down. The last several times I’ve gone to the restaurant no one speaks. I walk in and say hello and no one acknowledges that I spoke. Today I went in with my mother to order lunch at 10:45 AM, there are only two people working, no one acknowledges that we’re standing there. We wait patiently, 10 minutes later we still haven’t been acknowledged. The last 4-5 times I’ve gone to Jersey Mike’s I literally drive the extra 15+ min to Crofton to go to a different franchise because the Bowie customer service is so terrible. There’s no excuse or reason for the terrible service."

"First tried Jersey Mikes in New Jersey and when I spotted another one I just had to stop by. The San which was good just like before. I got the chipotle cheesesteak for around $9.50 tax included. Pretty tasty stuff."
