"I was picking up the order as usual but from this visit, they ask me for the ID to get the sandwiches. I said I use my nick name and I don’t have any ID to match with the order. Then, they said I was not able to get the order. So whoever use the stupid "subway application", bring your ID."
"They messed up my order when I noticed it. I called restaurant 3 times to no answer. When I drove in they were all playing on their phones the manager said they were too busy to answer then walked away from me and hid in the back. Terrible customer service"
"We stopped by to have a sandwich after church, and the subway we normally frequent was closed. So, we decided to go to this one. The lady who made our sandwiches needed more training because her attitude was not the greatest. She made our sandwiches but was not pleasant. We were disappointed with this establishment and will not be back for a while."
"Prices have increased exponentially. Not even 6” are $5 anymore. Apparently owner doesn’t like certain subway coupons they send out in the mail and didn’t want to take one of ours. Staff was relatively nice, but mistakenly put extra meat on my sub and tried to charge me for it even though I didn’t ask. Then they through the whole sandwich away and remade it without extra meat which seemed very wasteful. I don’t blame the employees, seems like bad management."
"I ordered my food online and the gentleman workers did not follow the requests. I paid for avocado spread and it was not put on my bowl. When I called to question it, the now rude worker hung up on me after telling they can’t do anything if I touched the food. Really. I asked for no green peppers or tomatoes. Got a lot of that. And paid for something I didn’t get. But there is nothing I can do. Now what kind of customer service is that???"
