"When I went up to the cashier to make my order, A pretty young african-American girl took my order, but by the look of her face, she seemed very disappointed, sad depressed. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. She made me feel bad for just ordering. When I looked across to the other cashiers, they had the same facial expression. None of them were smiling and this left a bad taste in my mouth please change that and work on it ."

"I order on the app and they still shorted me on my chicken. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she gave me big attitude after I had to make my oldest child wait for me to drive back to Popeyes to get what I ordered. The food is good but the service is getting out of hand."

"The system charged my account however the manager tried to make me pay again. I showed him the charged and he said he wasn't going to resolve the problem. It feels like they are stealing money. Another customer paid for my food because I refuse to leave until they either refund me the money or I would pay for the outstanding money of $5.00 for the food. Very poor customer service. Be careful with your bankcard there."

"If I wasn’t desperate, I would have asked for a refund like one of the customers after me did, but I had already waited 25 minutes, so I stayed. While I waited, I watched as several other customers got their food, even if they came after me. The manager halfway prepared my order and then had to stop to tend to the incompetent cashiers to help with the upset customers who are all waiting in an unreasonably long line. It literally took two incompetent cashiers to equal one functioning one. I watched as the other cash register continued to be unused, since the one competent employee happened to be on his break. There were moments when NO register was being used, as the kids walked back and forth, trying to figure out which order they were preparing. Finally, I approached and asked how long on my order. The competent order prep employee, who was mostly tending to mobile orders, asked why no one did my order. Apparently, after the manager stopped halfway through my order prep, someone else took bits and pieces of my food to give to others after me. The kind lady stayed on top of my order and put it together, but the sandwiches that were supposed to be mine were given out, so they had to start from scratch on those, which prolonged my wait. Once I got home, I found that their “large” mac & cheese was filled only halfway, which meant it couldn’t be shared at home, since it was only enough for one of my kids. Overall, I would say only order from here if you are desperate and can help them stay on top of your food, and make sure you check to see if your food is hot and the proper portion size."

"Stopped by this location a few different time and each time my chicken look fresh until I get it home and bite into it. It’s old and dry. I complain to them on my next visit hoping they will listen and ensure the chicken is fresh but NOPE! It’s frustrating to have to drive back when you don’t live close by."
