"I visited a business located near Crafty Crab on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 5pm. Someone who I believe was an employee was standing outside in front of the building smoking Marijuana. The smell was so strong that you could smell it inside of the business that I visited. The employees at the business said that the Crafty Crab employees smoke Marijuana outside often. This is not professional behavior. The shopping center where this business is located is very nice and inviting. Customers of these businesses should not have to endure smelling Marijuana when visiting the shopping center. Let's do better Crafty Crab."
"Not what I expected from my feet in restaurant. more like a carryout. I played it safe after all you couldn’t possibly mess up chicken and fries. Boy was I wrong they give you plastic flatware, coleslaw was in a to go container w/lid. I ordered chicken and fries, gumbo, and crab legs. The chicken and fries were overcooked. The gumbo was just vegetable soup …no ketchup bottles you get to go ketchup container like you would at a fast food restaurant. The only positive thing I can say about my experience was the waitress was pleasant and professional. Will not return to this place even if the meal was free."
