"I order and attend this location very often. My order was incorrect. I called and they asked me to come back to get the correct order. The young lady at the counter greeted me. I explained what I needed, she apologized and then got the manager on duty tonight, Keyshwawn. Keyshawn hands me my bag and walks away no words, apology or instructions about the food. I tried to walk away, but I called back to ask for the managers name. The girl said they cannot give that information over the phone. I drove back and spoke to the same person who handed me my bag, Keyshawn, the manager on duty. He attempted to lie and say I thought they apologized and took care of everything over the phone. I said the girl at the counter did apologize, but you did not say anything, apologies, etc. and as a manager your profesionalism is lacking when you all messed my order up and made me drive back. NOW Keyshwawn apologizes for the inconvenience and making assumptions. Poor customer service."

"Where is the value? A cup of soup and a half of sandwich is $17.31 without a drink. And it doesn't even taste all that great. And the tables were dirty. We had to clean our own as best we could. Not going back."

"Absolutely one of the worst Paneras around. Do not go in and order your food. Ordered a frontega chicken and chicken noodle soup and it took almost 20 minutes to get it. The manager, and I think assistant manager were behind the counter and when a lady complained about the wait they blamed the online orders. The food is fine, but the wait time for ordering food in the store is really bad and ridiculous. A better system needs to happen if online orders are the reason that people going into the location have to wait 20 min for their food."

"heard that the Charged Lemonade gives people heart attacks, gotten a large Blood Orange lemonade and it tasted extremely watered down. Nearly 5 dollars for one and it didn’t give me a heart attack but it did make me dance in the middle of the nearby Capital One bank to Twotimestwo! by Autumn! I expected to get a heart attack before the song finished and it didn’t. 0/10 would not recommend"

"I ordered a scrambled egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. The image is what I got. What on earth is this?!!! Powdered eggs?! Frozen egg discs? Lab made eggs? I get these all the time and this is the first time my egg has looked like this—a rubbery disc. Smh. The most unappealing, sandwich I’ve ever gotten from them. Such a waste of money. Take out food is going down hill--especially at national chains. Avoid this location, and if this is the new egg, then avoid Panera all together. Go to a local diner or cafe that sources REAL food. I got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit from Milk and Honey in Woodmore (they have other locations). I paid $10 for 2 and real eggs were used."
