"I visited this location in the morning of 7/29 at 10am, and ordered a veggie crunchwrap and a cup of hot coffee and waited in the dining area. So a girl at the counter lazily told me coffee was not available but she could make it in 5 minutes, which I thought was fine initially. After 5 minute she "sort of" just said "Your coffee." after putting the coffee at the counter and walked back to the kitchen. I thought that was exceptionally rude. The so called coffee, turned out was just hot water that she probably rinsed from the coffee machine, and it tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor. So this girl tried to pass off hot water as the Cinnabun coffee. Who exactly is the franchise owner of this store? I got my refund, but people used to get fired for this kind of behavior. I also remember seeing an underage child working at the drive through window several years ago. I'll avoid this place for now."
"It's fast food and was actually quick service. The food was prepared according to store rules and has no negative side effects. Atmosphere does not apply. No TV's, decorations. We ate in the car. The lady at the window was very nice and quite attractive."
