"Honestly, we used to love coming here! The food is great and atmosphere is fun for watching games. But recently, there seems to be a serious shortage of staff… so much so that we sat at the bar for over an hour, barely got served drinks and never received our appetizer order. I understand if they are having employment problems, but this is the not the first time we’ve been in recently and have gotten the same poor service. Nice people but not worth the wait. Will go elsewhere and maybe circle back in a few months…"
"3⭐ First time eating at this restaurant and probably will be my last. It wasn't all that good. The curly fries were hard. The wings sauces wasn't all that spectacular. Tbh Deliahs in Alexandria, Virginia has better wings than this place. But to each it's own. Our services and waitress was great."
"Top notch service and GREAT experience! Came in tonight thinking i'd grab a quick bite after work and stayed through the football game! Food was great, drinks were perfect, and the attention and the care of the staff (Austin in particular) was that of a higher-end restaurant. The Manager on duty even checked on me twice despite it being busy! I have visited this establishment a few times the past couple years, and in the past couple months it really seems like they've stepped it up in their quality of service across the board Will be back next Thursday night!"
"Great selection of beers, awesome food, and fantastic service! Austin was super attentive and quick. The cherry on top is their very novel payment system which let's you order and check out all from your phone (if you want). Definitely coming back, come stop by!"
"The Buffalo Wing Factory has had a revival by means of renovation! The new atmosphere is very nice, love the feel. Their staff is fantastic too. Bartender made me the most delicious "Disaronno". Refreshing, tasty, alcohol did not overpower the drink. Food was delicious as well. They have a nice selection of foods/apps/ wings. The only remark I would say could use improvement was the wait time for the food. It was a slow night, and it still took a bit of time to bring out one dish of wings. Other than that, I would still go back, and might make this my new Friday night spot!"
